16/3/2022 1 Comment Another word from #thejerkyblokeWell not much has changed with the production of the jerky as yet, as with all that has happened to me over the last 12 months, jobs that haven't been done for awhile need to be done first.
So to give you an update, everything is mocked up in the kitchen, now to get in and just finish the small jobs that need to be done that are holding up the finishing of the setup. But I also have my little farm (hobby farm of sorts), I'm running Australian Lowline Cattle within a rotational and regenerative farming method and also keeping bees. So I have a bit going on behind the scenes other than just the jerky. So you may see some other business ventures popping up from me in the near future. Also just a few pictures of my cattle and the steer going through the slaughtering stage, and maybe the end product if I can find the pictures.
